Use official requirements as the source
The templates are generic starting points. Requirements vary by insurer, administrator, policy wording, jurisdiction and claim circumstances. Add or remove checklist items using the current official instructions you have received.
Save or share the checklist
Export without creating an account
Export a CSV, print/save a PDF checklist, copy the current state or save a reusable FormatForge project file.
Health claim sample checklist loaded.
Use it before document packaging
Checklist first, claim pack second
The Checklist Generator is useful when you are still collecting documents. Once the checklist is sufficiently complete, the Insurance Claim PDF Organizer can classify, arrange and merge the actual files into one indexed PDF pack.
Customizable by design
Do not treat templates as universal requirements
Insurance claim requirements can differ substantially. FormatForge therefore lets you rewrite, add or remove checklist items instead of presenting a fixed template as authoritative.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an official insurance claim checklist?
No. The built-in templates are generic organizational starting points only. Actual requirements vary by insurer, administrator, policy wording, jurisdiction and claim circumstances.
Can I add my insurer's own requirements?
Yes. You can add new checklist items, rename existing items, change them between Required, Recommended and Optional, and add notes based on the official instructions you received.
What claim types are included?
The current templates include Health/Medical, Motor/Auto, Life, Travel, Property and Other. You can customize every template after loading it.
Can I track whether documents are complete?
Yes. Each checklist item can be marked complete. The workspace shows required-item progress, overall progress and a list of required items still open.
Can I save or export my checklist?
Yes. You can copy the checklist, download CSV, print/save a PDF-style report, or save a local FormatForge project file and restore it later.
Does the checklist get uploaded?
The current checklist workflow is designed to run in your browser. Optional project files are downloaded to your device rather than stored in an account.
