A file being present in the pack does not mean it is authentic, valid, sufficient or accepted by an insurer. Requirements can vary by insurer, administrator, jurisdiction, policy wording and claim circumstances. Use the final pack as an organizational aid and verify official submission requirements separately.

Does FormatForge verify that my claim documents are complete?
No. The checklist is generic and intended for organisation only. Insurer, administrator, country and claim-type requirements can differ, so always check the current official requirements for the claim you are submitting.
Does the tool automatically know what each document is?
It may suggest a category from the filename, but the user must confirm or change the category. FormatForge does not authenticate documents or make an identity, eligibility or claim-validity decision.
Which files can I add?
The current workspace accepts PDF, JPG/JPEG and PNG files. Password-protected PDFs must be replaced with an authorised accessible copy before the final pack can be generated.
What quality checks are performed?
The workspace can flag identical uploaded files, low-dimension images, PDFs with little searchable text in sampled pages, rotation metadata and password protection. These are review notes, not a guarantee that every document is readable or acceptable.
Are my claim documents uploaded to FormatForge?
The current claim-pack workflow is designed to inspect, classify, reorder and merge supported documents in the browser. You should still follow your organisation's data-handling policies before processing confidential claim information.
