Can this converter extract tables from scanned PDFs?
Yes. Enable OCR mode for scanned PDFs. OCR is best-effort, so review the editable preview before downloading the workbook.
Which OCR languages are supported?
The initial version supports English, German, Greek and Arabic. You can select one language or a combined language mode.
Does the tool preserve numbers in Excel?
Yes. Recognised numbers, percentages and common date formats are written as typed spreadsheet values where possible.
Are uploaded PDFs sent to a server?
No. PDF processing, OCR and Excel generation run in your browser.
Can I edit extracted data before downloading?
Yes. You can edit cells, add or remove rows and rename worksheets before exporting XLSX or CSV.

PDF tables are designed for viewing, not reliable data exchange. Treat extraction as a starting point: choose text mode for digital PDFs, OCR for scans, then verify headings, wrapped descriptions, decimal separators and totals before using the workbook for reporting or import.
